8 chicken thigh fillets
2 brown onions
3 tbs minced garlic
1 tin Coconut Cream
1 tin Coconut Milk
4 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
4 tbs Soy Sauce
1 jar Peanut Butter
Step 1: Brown finely diced onion, garlic and chicken (cut as desired)
Step 2: Add everything (including the fried ingredients) to slow cooker. Stir it in!
Step 3: Cook on low for 8 hours.
Step 4: Enjoy your Satay Chicken on rice, pasta or mash potato!
